A+++ in My Book!

I've been pierced by both Seth and Lee and they are both incredible. Very knowledgeable, very thorough - they don't pierce until they've answered all your questions. The place feels like an upscale jewelry store. Very clean, very sterile, great jewelry selection, and they are both delightful gentlemen. not comfortable

this is a clean nice looking place.but the owner really creeped me out.i wanted an ear piercing and he tried talking me into below the belt piercings.and was quite persistant.i found that to be very unprofessional.i would highly recommend somewhere else!

Great Place for New INK

First time getting ink in Raleigh and it will not be my last, staff is very professional, very clean and well organized parlor. They have a great website with all the artists work displayed which makes your decision very easy. I highly recommend Phoenix if your looking for new ink. Lacie was great, I will definetly be back.

Inconsistent Results

After receiving a personal recommendation from someone close to me, I decided to get my most recent tattoo at Phoenix. I got my lip pierced and boy was I nervous but thanks to Fred and every other guy and customer that entered they all just made me feel really confident in everything that was about to happen. Amazing Tattoo shop, by far the best in Raleigh

We are from Asheville and came in for two tattoos. My husband and I. They were the nicest shop they we have ever been to in the whole state. The vibe of the manager really was professional yet calming. She was honest and walked us through every step of the way. We really had an amazing expierence and received two perfect and professional tattoos from Chris. I would highly recommend this...
