Terrible Experience

This company has terrible customer service. The managers and owner are a nightmare to deal with. I never realized you could screw up running a self storage unit, but they managed to make my experience a disaster. Worst place to rent a storage unit in Raleigh hands down. I've moved my stuff elsewhere and have had a much better experience.

My husband and I had way too much stuff for our house. Economy storage is at a great location, great security, and friendly staff. They even got rid of the things we did not want for us. Great!

The BEST self storage place in Raleigh!!!!!

I used this facility to store my household stuff in when I sold my home. I had to wait for my new home to be built. Ten months later, my stored belongings looked just as they did the day I put them in there. No dirt, no critters of ANY kind, no water, no funky smells, nothing. The facility is kept up nicely, too. Each time I came to my unit, the property manager was cleaning or doing some kind...

Great reasonable mini-storage! by Stephanie M. at InsiderPages

This is the greatest mini storage place ever! Their storage units are roomy, they are reasonably priced. The employees are likable, entreatable and willing to help you. They will put different kids birthdays on the board..it is convenient to North Raleigh and near Capital Blvd. and 540. We highly recommend this mini storage!

Self Storage Raleigh NC low rates by JOANNE D. at InsiderPages

I have to agree with the lowest rates comment. I did shop around and could not find a best self storage close to downtown Raleigh. I got a 10 x 10 for around 60 bucks a month. They are on Capital Blvd just before 401 splits off on the right. I got a free lock too. They also upgraded me to a larger unit and did not charge a deposit.
