If you cannot find something you need in the medical areas then try this pharmacy. They might not have but one of each item but the majority of the time they will have one in stock or on the shelves. This pharmacy is located very close to Rex Hospital. The staff is always helpful and very friendly. The store itself is very clean. I would highly reccommend Blu e Ridge to everyone.

I get so tired of the impersonal, slow service that the large pharmacies provide. Falls River is one of the best independent pharmacies I've been to in a long time. Store is clean and very large.Cashiers are not very friendly. Often some of the ladies do not even speak at all or even make eye contact with customer.I do like the discounted flowers, breads, fruits and vegetables that are put out about once a week.Once I found a dozen roses for 50 cents! They were still very nice.

This is the closest eckards to my house, so Im a little partial to liking it. they have the same fair as otehr drug stores, and items are a little over priced...but you are shopping ina drug store not wal-mart. The photo lab returns shotos in a few days, and precriptions are always filled acuratly and in a reasonable amount of time
