Fantastic!

My Kenmore washer stopped spinning with a wet load of towels in it. Sears couldn't come out for five days! I have two messy little boys! Kaiser was able to come within the hour. In under an hour, he replaced the leaking water pump and the clutch. For $194.50, my washer will last another 15 years! Sears would have charged me $129.50 just to show up.

As pleasant as a repair service can get!

My refrigerator stopped working while I had company from out of town and I was scared I'd have my guest waiting for a repairman instead of doing something fun! I called around 12 noon and he said he'd be at my home between 3-5 that day. He seemed to diagnose the problem over the phone, asked me for the make and model number, and showed up at 3:15 with the part that was needed. He was in and...

Fast, efficient, and friendly service

Fast, efficient, and friendly. One night last week my refrigerator stopped cooling. It was after hours, so I left a voicemail message with Hopkins. They called me first thing in the morning, and before the morning was over my fridge was fixed! The repairman was friendly and professional, and he charged a fair price. I would definitely use Hopkins again.

Bad Service

We used this repair service through the recommendation of the appliance store. They replaced a part that was incorrect and then refused to accept their own warranty. They lied to us about when they were coming to our house and became rude when we demanded they fix their mistake. I would not recommend them.

Great Service by Rachel S. at InsiderPages

Danny Bost is an excellent appliance repairman. He has worked on our washer, dryer and freezer. He gives good advice on how to maximize use of appliances, too. He also helped us get a good deal on a new machine when our very, very, very old dryer finally stopped working.
