Handled A Hard To Satisfy Customer With Ease

WORST - Don't Use

We were scheduled with them through our home warranty company. They told us we needed to have our air turned off (this was in 100 degree heat). Great service, Fair price!

I was pleasantly suprised by the promptness and quality of service, and the fair price! We woke up to find our heater wasn't working, and were so worried. I called Louis Heating and they said someone was going to be over that day. The technician came and quickly determined the problem and fixed it. He even took a look at the our ciculation problem, and adjusted it while he was here. We really...

Great company to do business with!

Although they initially misdiagnosed the problem with my system, they came out 2 more times at no charge to me, at no charge and including significant freon. Unfortunately, it was a costly issue, but the salesman was tremendously helpful and provided all alternatives. Work was done very quickly once I decided what to have done. Highly recommended! They also installed 2 systems for a friend...

In addition to duct work, they also work on gas fireplace logs. The service order was placed, workers came out on schedule, but had to leave to retrieve a part. Aside from that issue, work was completed the same day and in a timely manner.
